1. ABOUT THREADSHIFTER

ThreadShifter is an online embroidery file conversion tool operated by Treehouse Labs. The service converts embroidery files between formats including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, HUS, VP3, XXX, U01, and PEC. ThreadShifter is available in two tiers: a free tier (no account required) and a Pro tier ($14 USD, one-time payment).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using ThreadShifter, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. THE SERVICE

Files you upload are processed entirely in server memory and are never written to disk, stored, or retained after your conversion is complete. No file data is logged or shared with third parties. The free tier is available without creating an account. The Pro tier requires a Google account for authentication.

  • Clean PDF report (no watermark)

Pro is a one-time purchase. No subscription, no renewal.

5. PAYMENT

Pro tier payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor that acts as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all applicable taxes and VAT. All prices are in USD and charged at the time of purchase.

6. REFUNDS

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if Pro features do not function as described. Contact us at omersella95@gmail.com. Upon a confirmed refund, Pro access is revoked immediately.

7. YOUR FILES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the files you upload. ThreadShifter claims no rights to your files. You represent that you have the right to convert any file you upload and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent Pro tier access controls
  • Upload malicious files intended to exploit the conversion service

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

ThreadShifter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ThreadShifter is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that conversions will be error-free or that output files will be compatible with all machines.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Treehouse Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ThreadShifter. Total liability for any claim related to the Pro tier shall not exceed $14 USD.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
